LB NATURAL® is a bio-preservation and bio-protection solution for grapes, applied by spray during mechanical harvesting. The aim is to reduce the amount of sulphites added to wine, and even eliminate them completely. The bio-protection spray treatment is carried out by a kit specially designed for the grape harvester and is applied throughout the harvesting phase. The bio-protection solution is made from live yeast selected from the catalogue, with the help of the IFV.
